Terms of Membership Agreement

• Members must present a form of ID upon arrival for all treatments
• Treatment vouchers may be combined for longer treatments
• The use of spa facilities is available for members before and after treatments
• Discounts (retail, hotel restaurant, a la carte spa menu) are based on published rates, cannot be combined with other offers or promotions and are available only for the duration of membership
• Memberships are not refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers
• Vouchers cannot be used beyond the expiry date of membership
• Advance bookings are required for all treatments (our spas do get very busy so it’s worthwhile to pre-book)
• SPA Cenvaree reserves the right to change the offers without notice
